As the year wraps up and we begin to approach the turbulence of exam season, we may find ourselves beginning to lose stamina. The feeling that we’re so close to the end, and yet so very far, is an easily discouraging feeling.
One thing is clear here, we are failing our men. Therefore, this blog will serve as an educational message to be more proactive in bettering men’s mental health. As a society, we need to reduce the stigma that surrounds men’s mental health, and validate them and make them heard in the overall mental health conversation.

After completing my required prerequisite courses, it finally came time to apply for my dream school. My toes moved involuntarily, I simultaneously felt cold and hot, my glasses became moist and smudged with thumbprints, and my body became stiff. One could say I had a “happy panic attack.”
